Function Overview

The DeviceNet Slave Development Tool from Allen-Bradley provides three indispensable tools for development and test of DeviceNet slave components. It enables communication using the Predefined Master Slave Connection Set as well as the UCMM port. Establishing of dynamic Explicit and I/O Messages is also supported.

Functions

*Access to all objects within a device using connection based explicit messaging
*Monitor to record all messages on the DeviceNet bus and playback of single protocol swquences
*Emulation of a simple master supporting Polled I/O and Bit Strobe I/O

System Requirements

*Windows 3.11, Windows 95 or Windows 98 with DeviceNet driver (DeviceNet Support Package) for IXXAT PC/CAN Interface

Supported IXXAT PC/CAN Interfaces

*iPC-I 320 (ISA) and iPC-I 165 (ISA) each with SJA1000 abd stabdard bus interface or DeviceNet bus interface
